Hello!

Since I stopped breastfeeding I am starting to struggle with my weight. I feel like lunch is my biggest weakness especially when I am at home and it’s too easy to cook up something unhealthy!! Does anybody have any great healthy yummy lunch recipes that will keep me from going back to the junk food?

  • i think the best thing is to actually do up a weekly food plan for meals. i always find if i have a healthy or good food idea planned im less likely to take the bad food option

  • Salads, tuna, zucchini bake, corn and ham muffins, really anything you can bake and portion out yourself is great. A lot of things freeze well and you control what ingredients go in.

  • Fruit smoothly with Greek yoghurt
Mountain bread salad wrap with a. Drizzle of dressing
    Cottage cheese on rice thins
    Vegetable soup

  • salads… and wraps….

  • there are so many recipes on this site – go forth and search! just look after your health and ensure you replenish the nutrients your body needs x

  • maybe try wraps instead of bead? smoothies are great!

  • Wraps with chicken and salad and a tasty relish.

  • Lots and lots of fruit is good!!

  • sultanas, carrot sticks as well as yoghurt are all healthy

  • Well everyone knows eating raw fruit and veggies is the healthiest, but i always find that to be extremely boring. So to make it more tasty i like to make my own hommus dip to eat with the sometimes flavourless veg sticks and pair that with some healthy Rhy bread. Or eat natural Greek vanilla yogurt with cut up fruit. But something else i love to make for lunch is lettuce wraps filled with tuna which has been mixed through whole egg mayo and fresh veggies, and when i say lettuce wraps i mean ill use a good sized lettuce leaf as the wrap! I also drink a lot of herbal tea currently which fills me up and is full of healthy herbs and of course water! :)

  • i love a pumpkin spinach quiche – healthy and delicious

  • a soup maker is great as you can make lots of different soups in small amounts

  • eat a big breakfast and a good lunch and that should fill you

  • fruit and yoghurts and a sandwich is health y enough for a lunch box

  • for me I cant go past a salad sandwich, its alway got flavour and texture
