Either buy Lansinoh from chemist… Works a treat. Or start now with applying coconut oil to soften everything up prior to breastfeeding

I used a cream from the chemist, recommended by my GP. So I am unaware of any natural remedies. Other then that, I suggest you try Dr Google, there’s bound to be something if help on there

I would ask the midwives, baby care nurse or other mums you know. I don’t know the name of the one a friend of mine used and have lost contact. I know she was recommended one which she used because one of her nipples, cracked then bled. The one she was told by the staff at the hospital the pharmacist at the chemist didn’t recommend using if the baby was a newborn. But she had no problems using it and it didn’t affect the baby in any way. In fact she reckoned she actually fed better.
