You need so many different fruits,vegetables and grains it is hard to eat them all in one day.

  • It’s impossible to pack all tge healthy requirements into one day of eating. Just try to eat healthy for your 3 meals and you’ll be fine.



  • I think you maybe getting confused about healthy eating . I don’t think you consume everything in one day but balance it out during the week especially during meal times . Eg 2-3 fruits per day , perhaps a wholemeal lunch , plenty of vegies and lean meat for dinner etc… I always encourage my kids to drink at least a glass of milk a day for calcium and perhaps a tub of yogurt. I have a bad habit of snacking so I have to improve on that .
