Yes it is hard!! I don’t really enjoy salad and the few ones I do, get boring real quick. If you’re really wanting to have those foods daily, you will need to evaluate what else you eat and might have to cut other things out.
I think you maybe getting confused about healthy eating . I don’t think you consume everything in one day but balance it out during the week especially during meal times . Eg 2-3 fruits per day , perhaps a wholemeal lunch , plenty of vegies and lean meat for dinner etc… I always encourage my kids to drink at least a glass of milk a day for calcium and perhaps a tub of yogurt. I have a bad habit of snacking so I have to improve on that .
