  • I like to read fiction books. I’m a sucker for outback romances.

  • Sitting doing nothing. I need to be completely still and in a quite/peaceful location.

  • Exploring and finding new interests too.

  • Hobbies and outdoor exercise and activities.

  • I love baking at night when my husband and son are in bed!!! A little bit of music and some baking always works

  • Cooking! Just creating and making something new! The cleaning up part isn’t much fun though!!

  • crank up the music and dance like no one is watching. Otherwise a good chat with my mum or sister on the phone also often helps.

  • I like to go for a long walk, headphones in, alone, out in nature.

  • I love to go outside and let the sun shine on my face and do some deep breathing. Catching up with a friend over a coffee or a wine can be destressing too. I love cooking & baking, but the fact that it’s something you have to do each and every day makes that it can become a burden especially on very busy days. I also love to read in bed with a warm water bottle.

  • I wish I knew. I think a sleep in or 40 would probably do the trick. But thats a solid no on that apparently. Just keep on keeping on. At some point it’ll have to get better.

  • Just being away from the kids is a destress. Sitting down with a tea by myself and watching a movie, i like to bake, massage, cinemas. i wish i de-stressed by cleaning, but i hate cleaning…

  • Depends on the stress. I love to read or do puzzles or swim or walk or dance and sing.

  • I love reading or going out walking. Sometimes watching a series on television while doing some steps, helps too.

  • I go to the gym, it really helps me!
