  • Soak the dishes in a solution of water and vinegar overnight. Vinegar works especially well to make white dishes spotless. Use the green cleaning go-to method of scrubbing stains with a concoction of vinegar and baking soda. The chemical reaction between the base and acid makes this pair a powerful cleaning agent.

  • When I worked as a housemaid, they had complete dinner sets that were white. To remove stains, we filled the sink with warm water and a dash of bleach. We left them to soak while we cleaned the rest of the cabin. Then thouroughly rinse them in fresh hot water. Worked for nearly all the stains I’ve come across
