I like the responses. I too would say use waterproof products.

It happens to me too especially during summer when it is hot and humid. Wear the waterprrof and smudgeproof ones, which are more stable . You just need to have a makeup remover which removes waterproof makeup .

yeah also wanted to add that you should store your eyeliner in the fridge. it is great for prolonging the life of your products. If the eyeliner needs it, rub it together in your hands to slightly warm it up so that you can apply a smooth line.

yeah i just buy a great brand or product, this helps the most! then just touch up if needed. I have used this product, forget the name now, but it is basically just a setting spray for make-up and you spray it on last. Like a hairspray for your face lol. This can help keep your foundation on as well especially in summer. Safe to spray over your whole face so it could help set your eyeliner too.

You can use a primer for the eyes. I know Mary Kay sells one. Otherwise make sure that maybe your eyeshadow is matte.
