Hello!

My daughter is now 7 months old and loves her puréed vegies. I’d like to introduce meat now but unsure of how to go about it. How should I prepare & store meat for my baby?

  • Make sure you cook meat well, with or without other veg. Purée and put in clean storage containers size of meal for day, also label and date.Same method for fruits and vegetables too. Know they are fresh and cheaper too

  • I started with good quality mince to start. It is easy to blend and it gets them used to the meat. They you can blend just about anything. Introduce one at a time though as I have heard it is best to get them used to one thing before moving to the next. Good luck

  • Blend it in with her vegies

  • I used to buy & portion out, then freeze, take out when needed then cook. So no left overs at that young age
