Hello!

Hi,
My name is Dee. I have dry skin, especially on my arms and face. I have heard DermaVeen is great and maintains moisture especially on the face. I am 53 years of age, my face goes red alot. I have been through Menopause for almost 20 years. Thank goodness it has finished now, but it has left my skin dry.

I am embarrased to wear sleeveless shirts as my arms are so dry It is really awful.

Could any ladies over 50 that have used DermaVeen please let me know how good it is.

Thank you so much
xxx Dee

  • Yes I was reading your question again and was thinking meno pause for 20 years since you’re 33yrs old ? that’s an early and very long meno pause ! and sounds abnormal; did you seek medical attention ?

  • Wow you went through menopause early! I don’t use Dermaveen so have no idea how moisturising it is. I’m yet to find a good one actually

  • I don’t think it’s so important how Dermaveen works for us, but more if it’s working for yourself Dee ! I’m about the same age as you, 54 years. I tried Dermaveen and Aveena and all kind of stuff and my skin doesn’t react well on this cream. Since a year of 6 I make a cream myself from Organic Shea butter, Organic Coconut oil and Organic Olive Oil. My skin is so dry at the moment and pulls, I apply at least 3x a day.

  • Dermaveen is great for sensitive skin, you can get it at a pharmacy.Good Luck!

  • I am 49 – and use the shampoo, conditioner, wash and moisturiser… You have to be consistent, and it is fantastic. I was in a course today and someone randomly commented on how soft my hands are – Dermaveen!! Shop around though, as there are often good specials out there

  • I love Dermaveen, it’s a fantastic product! It has been reviewed by MoMs, go check out the reviews, they might give you an idea if it’s fir you. I like Vaseline Intensive Care too. 20 year menopause….OMG, I’m yet to exoerience this, I hope it doesn’t go fir that long!

  • i think that you would benefit from using it then and even another product called aveeno. it is great too and i get mine from priceline

  • I’m 44 and trialed Dermaveen for MOM. It’s absolutely brilliant. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

  • Often you can get samples from the chemist or other places to trial – give it a go.

  • Derma Veen is an effective product.

  • I have used it as a day moisturiser in the past and it is quite good. I have even used it to help remove make up as well. Palmers shea butter cream is nice for keeping your skin hydrated
