  • 1. Coffee. 2. Vitamin B supplements. 3. Multivitamin. 4. Eat meat and veg.

  • I find we tend to not drink enough water. If you are drinking enough water, I would look at diet, exercise activity and sleep. If all else fails have a check up at your doctors.

  • Lethargy can be a normal response to inadequate sleep, overexertion, overworking, stress, lack of exercise, or boredom. When part of a normal response, lethargy often resolves with rest, adequate sleep, decreased stress, and good nutrition. However lethargy can also have a more serious cause like depression, anxiety, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, low iron level, blood loss. When your lethargy doesn’t resolve with the usual measures I would suggest to visit the GP and get your bloods checked and depending on the outcome an Nutrition consult might be good.

  • Try berocca performance fizzy melts they are great

  • Check what you’re eating.
Swap for.my vegetables and whole foods. Drink plenty of water and get out in the sunshine for a nice walk. Always boosts my energy

  • Could be the weather. You could be not getting enough sleep. You could be deficient in something. You could be suffering a mild mental health issue. Best start at the GP

  • You might be iron deficient so try eating more iron rich foods,

  • I have been the same, a lot was due to mild depression but I have just changed up my food intakes.

I actually eat high protein (eggs mainly) for breakfast, less carbs. More Brown rice, veggies and small amount of dairy and fruit.

And it’s only the beginning for me and I have more energy and cope better with my moods.

I have 3 young boys so I need all the energy that I can get.

  • Try taking a multivitamin.
Lots of fresh fruit & veg in your diet.
A good breakfast to start the day, a decent lunch & a hearty dinner.
Plenty of exercise during the day.
Come bed time you will be exhausted & wake up in the morning feeling refreshed & ready to go again.

  • Lots of sleep. Lots of exercise, I know sounds weird when you feel energyless, but it will help. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies

  • Yes multivitamins are a really good start!

  • I have started taking a womens night time multivitamin (Rest and Restore Night – Natures Way brand) it is supposed to replenish you while you sleep. In the week that I have been taking it I felt a dramatic change and feel great!

  • not sure much on your lifestyle but it helps to have a combination of multivitamins, balanced diet and exercise. if you are really concerned see your gp for a simple blood test to make sure your iron or b12 isn’t low.

  • Go out for a walk around the block! Any type of moving or exercise is great to get the energy levels up!

  • may be worth having a chat with your doctor.
