why not try an a philips actifry or just your normal pot with oil and see how you like them we have both and they are both quite effective in our kitchen.

I can tell you which one not to get! The one sold in Coles. Have you heard the saying ‘cheap and nasty’ well that is so true for Coles deep fryer.

No one needs to buy a deep fryer. Think cholesterol. Use an air fryer or modify the way you cook. Deep frying is for fish and chip shops.

Have you considered an airfryer? Much less oil used!

$29 one from kart works a treat, I’ve used ours many times, emptied it, stored it and used it again.

I agree with the other Mums an air fryer seems to be a healthier choice.Does the air fryer do all the things as a deep fryer would though?

I ditched the deep fryer and now have a tefal air fryer. I wouldn’t change back now.

ours is pretty low maintenance and cooks evenly and is really easy to clean – most bits go in the dishwasher. It is a Sunbeam Café Series.

Skip the deep fryer and try an air fryer. I’ve had one for a few months it’s fantastic
