  • Make some food which is ready to eat


  • Spaghetti bolognaise is common but also add the frozen spinach that come in packet in little parcel sizes. This will disappear when mixed with mince. These spinach packs are amazing. Instant fresh spinach instead of massive leaves to boil down.
    Sauces in freezable tupperware then just defrost and heat and cook the pasta.


  • I have found angel hair pasta freezes well zuchinni slice is always a good one


  • Check out jody allens sahm site and her book once a month cooking all recipes are budget and freezer friendly


  • I do up a big batch of pumpkin soup. I also do Zucchini Slice. I have a pie maker so I make a heap of pies and freeze them also. And for snacks I cook and freeze Banana and choc chip muffins :-)

    Our tribe love a big slag bowl cool up and freeze!
    Fried rice and lasagna (can’t spell sorry) are great ones
    Or winter warmers like pumpkin soup!
