I struggle to keep motivated when it comes to exercises. Any ideas for a fitness challenge to try to keep interested? Aside from going to the gym what do other mums do to keep active and fit?

  • buy a dvd from the supermarket and do it whilst the kids are sleeping!!



  • Make up a work out to do at home like running on the spot start jumps sit ups turn the music up make it fun



  • Find something active that you like. If you like it, you’ll do it. Also keeping busy all day. I have a friend who lost 50kg and it all started with eating healthy and keeping active, like doing housework.



  • i need to do this also xx



  • Choose walking over driving if you are close to places. Also keep photos that inspire you. Stick one where you will see it everyday – like on the fridge GOODLUCK :)



  • You could join a walking group. There are many around – great way to make friends as well.



  • walk where ever you can, walk to the park and never take the lift!!



  • My son and I like to walking in the afternoon, playing soccer and jumping in the trampoline. I think it enough for exercise :)
