Hello!

I have been finding myself overwhelmed lately with all my children’s artwork from preschool and I have no idea what would be a creative way to keep all the artwork. What are some suggestions? They should preferably be ideas that will not take up too much room! Thanks

  • I’d suggest a large folder – check office works, or even a large box with a lid. Maybe just choose a selection of pieces that represent her development or choose a special piece to put in a frame.

  • You can buy cheap art folders with large plastic sleeves in them to store art works. If the art works include sculptures, then perhaps a storage container might be best.

  • I have a plastic container that I put all the art work I want to keep from my children, its the special ones I keep.

  • You can use the artwork as gift wrapping for family and friends? But if you want to keep it with you, I roll mine up and store the in a cardboard box. My very favourite ones get laminated and hung on the wall

  • Folders and plastic sleeves work well!

  • Glue into a large kids scrapbook

  • few in files and few in chart in her bedroom, choice is hers.

  • Free APP called artkive

  • I scan them in or take a photo depending on the suez, then print some off as photo size and put them in a frame. The original art work gets stored in a plastic tub by year.

  • A friend of mine has made a framed picture out of parts of the art work. Can’t keep it all but it lets you save parts of a number of special pieces

  • Make books out of them. I never keep everything otherwise you would have too much. I just pick out the best and bin the rest after a month, that way they don’t notice.

  • I keep his works of art in manila folders then do a big organise at the end of the term.

  • A folder with the plastic sleeves works great :-)

  • They bring home so much and I found the big ones great for wrapping up gifts for grandparents and aunts etc. If you use the magic tape it doesnt rip the paper

  • I suffer this same thing!
