  • I would say go for it when you’re healthy and fit. My SIL had her first baby (turned out twins) when she was 47yrs old , no fertility problems or ivf

  • I know of people who have had children at ages 44 and another at at 45. All turned out well for both mothers. I think it’s important to know all the risks though before proceeding.

  • if you are a fit healthy yes, i personally think no offense that it is and i would consider adoption and fostering. when your baby is 21 you will be 66, when they are having there babies and moving out ect you will be fighting off “oldish age”

  • I think it depends on your health in general and your plans for the family as well. I would see a doctor first as there are a lot of factors to consider and then go from there. Good luck with your family planning anyway :)

  • I don’t think 45 is old. In particular if you are in good health conditions. :-)
