  • Depends if you were over indulging prior to your pregnancy and during pregnancy toi have a healthy and balanced diet.
Having a high BMI during pregnancy increases the risk of various pregnancy complications, including: Miscarriage, stillbirth and recurrent miscarriage. Gestational diabetes.

  • I personally wouldn’t and haven’t. Your baby will be taking everything they need from you, when there isn’t enough you will divert I.e
Calcium from teeth etc which will affect you and some women loose teeth. Just eat healthy I.e. Switch to bananas and grapes or carrot sticks for snacks over muesli bars and chocolate. Good luck ????

  • Dieting whilst pregnant is a massive no no. Healthy eating is the best for yourself and for baby. You both need all the energy you can get
