Wash yourself in diluted vinegar and water it is very quick acting. If the thrush is really bad you can soak a tampon in vinegar water and insert. Also you can take a pro biotic, eat natural yoghurt without sweetener, you can also apply yoghurt to the skin and it is so soothing. Wear no panties as the area needs to be dry. Avoid sugary foods and drinks as the sugar makes it worse.
