Different for everyone. I lost mine whilst in labour, my total labour was about 5 hours.

I lost my mucus plug approx 4pm on the Tuesday. 6.15am on the Wednesday, we were cuddling our gorgeous baby girl

I started having my very first contractions at about 9am one morning and then lost my mucus plug about 2 hours later. Contractions kept coming very slowly and lightly for that whole day and night and I had my son at 3.30pm the next day!

My obs told me it could be up to 2 weeks but mine was more like 24 hours.

It’s different time for everyone but for me it was the start of early labour and babies arrived within 24 hours

I lost my plug about 3 or 4 days before i went into labour.
My first pregnancy was the night before i went into labour
Its never an exact time

Unfortunately it can regenerate so it doesn’t give a very clear indication of labour. I have a friend that lost hers 4 times in 7 weeks and eventually had to be induced

1 to 2 days so any time now good luck

I didn’t even know I’d lost mine!

I have heard it is one of the final signs… Mine didn’t come out prior to going into labour, nor did my water break. It all varies but I’m sure it’ll be happening soon, so good luck!

Everyone is different, mine was within days.

11 days for me. It was kinder funny because mother in law rang up at 10am and told me I was in labour and I thought ??? No pain, nothing, whatever, you don’t have a clue. Well come 11.30 it all started happening and baby came 11 hours later. She probably jinxed me!
