Quiche, zucchini slice, sausage rolls, selection of finger foods like cheese and biscuits or dip, ham / salami / cabana, cucumber, tomato. Muffins, pies with different types of fillings.
I have just switched my son from sandwiches to wraps for school and he loves them. Wraps last a long time without goung stale or mouldy like bread does. There are lots of different flavours too that don’t taste like bread at all. I sometimes give him leftovers like stir fries, quiche or spaghetti Bolognese which he loves eating cold.
My advice is give him rice with curry and snack made of eggs.you can give hi mashed avacodo with dates syrup as dessert during lunch which is tasty and healthy.you can make indian dishes like dosa or chapati etc…
