I got offered by the doctor but refused. It all depends on how you grieve. I can’t talk to outsiders about my issues I tend to shut down and grieve. I found support groups on Facebook and read how other people were feeling. It takes time but days get easier. But it is something you never truly get over x stay strong

I’ve never had a miscarriage. I doubt I would have had counselling for it though

We sought help after a stillbirth – got our obstetrician to refer us to a pyschologist.

Go to your GP and get a mental health plan done, they will refer you to the correct professional.

No,I did not want to prolong the agony & make a special appointment 2 talk about it to total strangers.

There is a lovely group on facebook that help out with this kind of thing! I went there and they are so lovely! It’s good to get everything out in the open! Sorry for your loss! X

i haven’t had to do it but i believe it helps if u have support and what better if it’s a professionals help.

I think a GP is the best first point of call. There is a lot of great advice on this topic here.

there are a lot of support groups

just ask your dr for a grief counsellor name or someone similar to this. There are a lot of support groups also
