Sounds like it could be teeth.

It could be or it could be another thing which is normal, I can’t recall what it’s called but it’s like white dots on the gums

i agree that it could be those pearl drops and they look like little bits of teeth but it’s harmless

If you have any concerns I would take him to the doctor just to be sure, but what you’ve described is what our Naughties had before their teeth started coming through. It can be a loooooooong process but they’ll come through eventually! Good luck and hope it’s not too painful for him!!

All 4 of my daughters teeth that have came through so far started out as a ‘white dot’. I thought it may have been a blister too but over the week or 2 i watched her teeth just pop out
