In the early days, Ginger beer, but later on, very little helped. I read a book which talked about feeding your cravings to settle your stomach, and then when symptoms ease eat the best you can. I alternated between deep fried foods and raw veges! I had a great OB who told me to focus on holding down multivitamins, and to do the best job I could at eating a variety of foods. My symptoms settled at about 4 1/2 to 5 months, and after that I ate really well. There is no cure all answer, be honest with your Dr and don’t try to be a super woman!
