I am hoping to get some ideas on how to overcome my morning sickness (or at least get some new ideas to try and see if I can help the nausea!) It’s a struggle everyday with simple daily tasks, as well as caring for my toddler. Just wondering if anyone has any different ideas that got them through! Many thanks :-)

  • They have a vitamin tablet specifically for morning sickness now that I have seen in the chemist. Hope you find something that helps :)



  • Try homeopath ‘Nux Vomica’ helped loads for me.



  • dry toast and sips of water should help, avoid coffee and red meat too



  • I chewed almonds – keep them beside the bed and in your hand bag. They are good for you and contain natural oils to keep the queezy feeling at bay.



  • plain thin chips and hot chips the fat content managed to stay in my belly and made me feel slightly better.
    Also giving up milk made me feel a little better.



  • Try and eat something, morning sickness is always worse with no food. I know its the last thing you want to do when you feel this way but try. Also lots of water – put lemon or lime pieces in the water also



  • I read somewhere that ginger is supposed to help in morning sickness. So maybe try drinking ginger ale?



  • lots of water and i had dried ginger



  • try to make sure you sip on plenty of water and snack on nuts or crackers. the morning sickness will be at its worst when you have an empty stomach so try and make sure you always have something in your belly. dry ginger ale, fresh ginger, minced and put in hot water and sip on it. or even just lemon in some cold water. goodluck, i know how bad it can be.
