Hirodoid cream is brilliant and is best used as soon as bruising occurs. It may pay to have a fbe full blood examination as you may have an irregular blood count.

rub the inside of a banana skin on the bruise for 30 secs

Arnica from the chemist was recommended to me to bring out the bruising

talk to your dr, your white blood count may be low

I drink a glass of WARM lemon water in the morning. It takes getting used to but I think it’s working. I still get bruises but just nowhere near as noticeable.

Hirudoid cream is brilliant, and what we always used when I worked as a nurse, and we had patients who had bad bruising from surgery or having a drip in. If you prefer something natural, Arnica is very good. I’ve been told that Haemorrhoid cream also works well but I’ve never tried it, so I don’t know if it’s true.

Trying to think What my aunt had. Ask the chemist they will know.

see you r doctor to check that everything is fine if you are covered in bruises as this is not so common.

I swear by Hirudoid cream! I bruise easily too and this cream does wonders for me!

I also bruise very easily – if my kids crab at me within a few hours I have finger bruise marks. I have read that lemon in water helps. I tried it but haven’t noticed much difference for me. I hope this great network of mums can make some new suggestions – I’ll be watching for other suggestions for myself.
