I would have a chat with your speech pathologist but Im guessing there are some greats apps available, particularly ones that allow the child to hear their own voice played back, even tom the cat would help!

my two year old is bit delayed too. we were referred to early intervention by our MCHN and GP, and its working really well. have you tried it. wish u all the best

The one called Articulation station is very good.

There is an app called proloque2go, unfortunately it’s $200 but my son used it when he was non-verbal, and my younger son has used it to learn how to speak. You can use it to make sentences and it has almost everything you could say, if there is a particular word that you use a lot it can be put on home page and there is also a way to add your own words
