  • I’m quite an active person by nature, that didn’t change when I was pregnant. Back then I walked or biked to the shops, Running after your other children, cleaning, mopping the floors, hanging the wash, gardening, going for a walk and incidentally I went for a swim


  • I mostly focused on walking. I got enormous, which really limited me, but walking was good.
