My partner and I need to get our wills done too. I’m planning on just googling ‘Australian will template’ and drafting up something and then going to a solicitor for the formalities. It’ll be an expense that we have to save for but I’m not a legal professional and I want to make sure that the will is correct and doesn’t cause unnecessary headaches/ costs for my beneficiaries when I’m gone.
