Hello!

Hi, I’m a first time mum due to deliver in 3weeks time. I’m excited but also scared. I was told just a week ago that I was supposed to have massaged my breasts so that milk would flow, which in my case no one bothered to tell me this. Is this the right thing to do, should I have started earlier and if not what should I do? Any tips for a first time mum on stimulating milk flow?
