  • One thing I really find important to fall asleep quickly as well is being warm enough !

  • Hope you were able to cope ?

  • I never used to read books. Now i read before bed &helps me nod off into a deep sleep

  • Have a sleep when you feel you need one otherwise I would say just lay still and relax for a while

  • On time to bed with a good book in a comfy position and relax. Get your focus off wanting to fall asleep quickly, as the opposite might happen. I learnt myself to be happy when I’m not falling asleep quickly, when I’m not sleeping my body get to rest on my mattress anyway, and when I’m not sleeping at all, I do not get annoyed but think I most likely sleep the following night :)

  • Hot milk and honey and I used to put a few drops of lavender oil on my pillow.

  • Hi lovely, I use meditation music on YouTube to help fall asleep. Tunes out all the nonsense in my head when I’m trying to fall asleep. It has been a great help. Good luck ????

  • I was the same! I did a bit of stretchy to just calm myself down

  • Make yourself comfortable and try not to think about getting to sleep, just relax

  • Generally I try to just relax and take deep breaths.

  • lay your head on the pillow and start counting! hopefully shouldn’t be too long. or put on relaxing music to help you go to sleep.

  • I have a vapouriser and some 123 nourish me sleepyhead aromatherapy drops that I put in it. It’s meant for kids but I find it works well for me too. Also magnesium is great for helping with sleep. you can get lots of different types of body washes / lotions and things that contain magnesium.

  • Try not to stress which is easy to say but if you can find something that relaxes you that will usually do it because you’re tired anyway. For me it’s reading.

  • Very hard to answer that…..it will vary day to day. White noise apps are great 4 that. Look on google play or itunes.

  • Congratulations I definitely will suggest sleep spray or lavender oil on your pillow 20 minutes before you go bed.
