  • I didn’t do yoga when pregnant, I didn’t do much exercise at all, being young I didn’t think I would need to :( But I do yoga now and I love it, it’s fantastic. It works the body, the muscles, so it tones you up and helps you lose weight. It also helps your bodily organs work to optimum capacity. It’s brilliant


  • i have never tried but i suppose it could be good for you. helps to ready the body for child birth and it is very gentle.
