  • The old fashioned hot water bottle. Just have it warm for your daughter and apply. Sometimes the placebo effect works. plus its nice to have warmth on any pain.

  • My son had this badly ! I always made sure to give plenty of bananas and made often a warm water bottle to help relax the muscles. Also a massage helped. When he was a bit older (i think he was 13yr) I had a chat with my friend who is a physiotherapist and she gave some exercises.

  • I used to use the “a little bit of relief” gel on my son. It was the only thing that worked.

  • Magnesium will help the muscles relax. You can use it in the form of Epsom salts in the bath or buy a spray from the health food shop to spray on their feet or you can take a tablet/capsule/powder.
Zinc is also needed for growth so add more of that during growth periods.

  • my kids don’t have them. but i hope u found a solution. hugs toy our daughter

  • Try a warm bath and heat patches.

  • A warm bath and rubbing/massaging would help for some relief.

  • I hope your found something to help your young one out

  • I hope you find some great answers

  • My older son used to suffer with these. Warm packs helped and massaging the joints also helped

  • Hope you found something that worked

  • Try a warm bath and heat packs?

  • how are you going now?

  • maybe try a hot bubble bath. we have a spa bath (just a mat which lets the air bubble out) which also might help to massage.

  • What did you find in the end that helped with the growing pain?
