The old fashioned hot water bottle. Just have it warm for your daughter and apply. Sometimes the placebo effect works. plus its nice to have warmth on any pain.

My son had this badly ! I always made sure to give plenty of bananas and made often a warm water bottle to help relax the muscles. Also a massage helped. When he was a bit older (i think he was 13yr) I had a chat with my friend who is a physiotherapist and she gave some exercises.

I used to use the “a little bit of relief” gel on my son. It was the only thing that worked.

Magnesium will help the muscles relax. You can use it in the form of Epsom salts in the bath or buy a spray from the health food shop to spray on their feet or you can take a tablet/capsule/powder.
Zinc is also needed for growth so add more of that during growth periods.

maybe try a hot bubble bath. we have a spa bath (just a mat which lets the air bubble out) which also might help to massage.
