  • Yep, the above answer is correct. You can also put the herbs in a cloth so that none of the stick/stem bits go through the meal. A great way to add flavour to any meal!

  • Its basically a mixture of herbs that are tied together (like a bouquet) and added to recipes that may need to simmer. Once cooking is complete you remove the whole bouquet.
