Hello!

Hair brushes seem to have gone up like everything else! What do you think is a reasonable price to pay?

  • I wouldn’t pay more than $20 for a hairbrush.

  • All depends what you can afford and the quality you want. I’ve got decent hairbrushes from Avon and Coles for under $10.

  • It all depends on the quality of hairbrush you desire and the type of hair you have and the amount of money you have to spend. I have fine, very breakable hair and spend a bit more, between $20-$30

  • I need to get one for a girl for occasional use only and am undecided which is the best moderately priced brush for reasonably long fine hair.

  • I got a good hair brush for $2.00 at my local chemist , but the hairdresser ones are much dearer due to brands and quality I suppose .

  • I dont spend a lot on brushes and they tend to last a long time – yay for priceline

  • A good quality hairbrush can be a good investmet. Mine cost $50 from a salon but it reduces breakage and prevents flyaways.

  • Under $10 or its a rip off in my book

  • I’d expect to pay around $10.

  • look for specials
i got a lady jane brush for $7
also aldi will have brushes every now & then for $1 and so far this brush/microphone has lasted 2 kids for 2 years

  • I normally get mine from the $2 shop and they last about the same as any other would in my hair. I normally have to replace cause bristles have started to come out.

  • to be honest,i too, think they are over priced, all my family have fine hair,so we comb it from the ends up,my hubby has very curly hair,i would not spend more than ten dollars on a brush, hair brushes need to be re-newed every so often, and cleaned,

  • I would pay no more then $8

  • There certainly is some expensive brushes around! I pay around $ 20 for them.

  • I wouldn’t pay any more than $8.00 for a hair brush.
