  • I am always satisfies with Pearl Drops as I am not keen on having peroxide on my teeth .

  • yeah my sis used something and it worked for her but i can’t remember what it was.

  • I caution you to be careful as I used a whitening toothpaste and have ruined the enamel coating on my teeth. Good luck.

  • Bi carb soda and lemon juice paste applied for 1 minute, then brush normally with a tiny amount of Colgate optic for freshness, very effecive for coffee stains etc..

  • I use whiteglow toothpaste and it is awesome! I swear by it! I have people asking me how I get my white teeth all the time. I also use colgate whitening mouth wash

  • You need to make sure what you use it is not abrasive.

  • Nu-Skin Toothpaste is very effective. Costs $20 per tube but you only require a small amount, so it will last ages, and results are noticeable within 2 weeks. (No I am not a distributor either lol).

  • White Glo toothpaste from Chem Warehouse is really effective.

  • my GF is a dentist and she said none of the home ones or shopping centre ones, only ones from Dentist….

  • Thanks for the comments and suggestions Mom’s for white teeth – will investigate and try! :)

  • i instantly thought Bi-Carb Soda but i dont know from personal experience, I might try it today though as i have a huge bag.

  • I haven’t tried it regularly enough to know exactly how effective it is, but ‘oil pulling’ is supposed to work well, is natural, would be cost effective, and has other benefits. Along with removing stains from your teeth, it draws toxins out of your mouth and assists with freshening the breath. I’d give that a go first (with coconut oil) if I were you. The mouth is where things are absorbed into the body the fastest, so anything with chemicals or nasties is a no-no for me :)

  • I think the colgate optic White is around $8 but it is a fairly large tube, bigger than standard ones.

  • Colgate Optic White sounds interesting. Is it more expensive than regular toothpaste?

  • For cost effective, bicarb of soda on your tooth brush. You can also buy toothpaste with this as an ingredient, which would probably be more effective
