Hello!

I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a while. I’ve lost 10kgs so far. Other parts of my body are starting to tone but i cannot get rid of the belly fat! Haalllp!! Can anyone give me some ideas to lose belly fat?

  • Fat drains like a bathtub. Keep losing weight and you will get there!


  • There is no such thing as spot reduction unfortunately. If everything else has started to tone up it just means the belly is you hard spot. Mines my thighs. I lose weight everywhere except there. Diet and exercise will definitely play a big role. And of course keep doing an exercises. Focusing on the lower abs will tighten the muscles which can make it seem like the weight has shifted. Doing a variety of exercises instead of just one will help too. Mix it up with reps and sets. Keep your body guessi g what’s going to come next and that should help a bit.

    I know how frustrating it can be to see results everywhere except one spot. Keep up your hard work your doing amazing!!


  • I have read recently that drinking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, with the mother, a day can help. Dilute in water though, do not drink straight!


  • why don’t you try a cleanse which can help with bloating etc and make your belly look a little slimmer


  • Sit up’s help tone your stomach.Best of luck!


  • For me, it’s fast paced walking for a couple of hours at a time, I usually have my dog so I don’t feel the time
