I’d say as soon as she throws the first handful/ spoonful, a stern ‘no’ and take the food away from her, put it in the fridge, and put her in time out. Wait a little while and offer the food again. If she throws it, take it off her again and put her in time out. You’ll probably have to put up with a few tantrums before you break the habit. You have to be firm and persistent
