at 2/12 they can handle a cup so just give them a cup of milk before bed and they won’t be hungry as they are on solids. She will be fine with out that bottle of milk. You will find now it has become like a safety blanket for her

I think at this age dinners should be starting to replace the need for milk.

I will need to start doing this soon too and my plan is to have a new routine for bedtime which includes a drink, nappy change and story for bedtime.
