A neverending supply of bubbly – who’s keen? We’ve got all the hot-spots which have a self-serve Prosecco fountain, where you can drink…and drink…and drink.

A Brisbane restaurant has launched a Prosecco fountain that allows diners to pour as many glasses of bubbly as they like!
Brisbane restaurant Darling & Co has a new and very popular addition – a bottomless prosecco fountain! The fountain is self serve, allowing diners to pour as many glasses of prosecco or spritz as they would like every Sunday afternoon.

An Endless Supply

For just $60 per person, customers can enjoy the unlimited fountain as well as a delicious grazing platter featuring fried chicken, fresh oysters, cauliflower popcorn and more.

The restaurant describes the free flowing booze affair, called Sparkling Springs on their facebook page: “Darling, you won’t believe your eyes,” they wrote. “We’re introducing a prosecco and spritz fountain! Join us every Sunday for our two hour drinks and grazing board package.”

Every Sunday at 2pm, customers can enjoy tasty grazing boards and substantial favourites like sliders, all paired with prosecco and spritz for $60pp.

Food on offer include chicken sliders, charcuterie boards, mini fish & chips & more! And of course neverending spritzes & prosecco straight from the fountain.

I’m not really a wine drinker so it wouldn’t be a benefit for me but such a great idea.
I always love observing how people go all out with these things and end up super plastered lol.

  • I don’t drink any more so it wouldn’t be worth me paying $60 for grazing food. I have noticed that when you pay for buffet all you can eat, they always seem to run out of the food that most people like. Wonder if it would be the same with the champagne?
