Peep on A Perch will keep your kids on their best behaviour and encourage kindness in the lead up to Easter.

For many parents, ‘The Elf on the Shelf’ is an essential part of the Christmas season, not only to ensure your kids are on their best behaviour ready for Santa’s arrival, but also because of the magic and excitement that it creates.

To rival its Christmas counterpart, ‘Peep on a Perch’ is here to make your Easter season that little bit more special (and keep that good behaviour going!).

Be Kind

The ‘Peep on a Perch’ set comes with a plush toy and storybook, explaining to children how Peep helps the Easter bunny prepare and decorate Easter eggs in time for their delivery Delish reports.

The toy is placed in a prominent place so it can keep watch over children, with each act of kindness said to make Peep very happy.

Many parents say they prefer the ‘Peep on a Perch’ concept as it is easy to set up and children are encouraged to hold and play with Peep, unlike ‘The Elf of the Shelf’ which requires constant creativity each and every day!

Peep On A Perch

A New Tradition

Penguin Random House says that it is hoped Peep will become a new Easter tradition.

“Step aside Elf – Peep on a Perch is the newest holiday tradition around,” they said. “Peeps fans of all ages will love to make this a new Easter family tradition.”

The set is available to Australian consumers via Amazon.

We love this idea – what a cute way to make the Easter season a little bit more special and encourage some extra kindness!

  • That’s a hard no for me. December feels like it has eleventy billion nights when I’ve forgotten to move that darn Elf. Can’t be doing it again for Easter

  • Oh nooooooo….I did elf on shelf once and that was bad enough, so glad my kids haven’t seen this. They’ve already request an easter hunt with clues from the Easter Bunny.

  • Nope, I just stick to my Elf on the Shelf at Easter as well.

  • I won’t be getting this. It’s just more things to accumulate and none of my kids are young enough to enjoy it anyway

  • No thanks. Just something else to add to the list of things for Mums to do.

  • Nah I’ve never been keen on elf on the shelf so won’t have peep on the perch either. Nothing against some decorations though, so we might have some peeps anyway

  • This looks cute, but like elf on the shelf, it won’t make its way into my household
