  • Yummy waffles!

I love that these waffles are not overly contaminated by overly sweet or fake flavours but are plain so you can eat it with what you like.

These taste so good for a quick toast in the toaster and they are done. So simple and easy to make. They aren’t very filling so buy a few packets.

  • Perfect for breakfast

I don’t encourage unhealthy breakfasts but during the holidays this is a great breakfast for a few mornings and my children enjoy these more than pancakes.

  • Good for a quick dessert

    3 out of 5

these are quite nice and are easy to toast/grill but they do lack from the real thing of fresh waffles. they can sometimes become like cardboard if toasted too much or they get soggy really quickly. but a great quick dessert if you feel like something different

I loved the taste and the texture. it’s so lovely and warm and it’s like the way my nanna used to make them so it’s a great snack or breakfast :)

  • Mouth-watering aroma

    4.5 out of 5

Yummmmm…. Nanna’s Original Waffles first hook you in when you smell them toasting – the aroma is truly mouth watering and a great incentive for getting out of bed on a lazy Sunday. They crisp up beautifully in the toaster and are perfect served warm with butter and maple syrup.

  • Wafflishious.

    5 out of 5

Nannas waffles are a staple in our freezer. Delicious, golden squares of pure bliss. Ready in minutes for a divine dessert or equally divine as a breakfast delight. Nannas waffles have only 5.6g of sugar per 100g so that pretty good in my books. Simply delicious spread with nutella and topped with sliced banana…..simply oh so yumm. Wafflishious.

  • Easy, convenient dessert.

These bring back memories….Sarah Lee Frozen Waffles used to be a staple in our family’s freezer. They’re great value and with 12 in pack and a family of 4….that’s decent mileage for the cost and they’re such versatile little things.
We’d pop them in the toaster and add ice cream & maple syrup. Or ice-cream and caramel/choc topping. Or ice-cream, maple syrup & sliced banana. Or plain custard and sliced strawberries. Or kiwi fruit & custard. Or ice cream with fresh passionfruit scooped on top. Our biggest dilemma was deciding what we were going to have, some of the time we’d have 2 different topped waffles.
I’d recommend these frozen waffles to any family.

  • Oh yeah!

It’s been a few years since I’ve had these, but boy oh boy, they still are as awesome as I remember. Bit of ice cream, maple syrup and boom a nice treat

  • We buy these as a special treat, they disappear fast in our house

    5 out of 5

These little waffles will have dessert sorted in no time. Pop them into a toaster and grab the icecream while they heat through. Ice cream waffles and chocolate sauce = perfect combination.
We limit ourselves to just one little waffle each, it is fun to make a waffle sandwich when the kids aren’t watching though :)

  • Om nom nom!

Such a classic from my childhood. I like them well toasted but I’m too impatient to wait so they’re usually consumed lightly toasted. They’re great alone but best when left to soak in melted ice cream. Gooey goodness!

  • Waffles

Ok for a one off or to have on hand in the freezer but they’re quite small and awkward shaped for the toaster and not very tasty.
