This product was terrible. It leaked everywhere and was not very effective at all. I would not recommend this product at all. Much better spending more and buying a better quality product.

We were given the Onix Steam Mop as a promotion and ‘gimme’ when we bought our Godfreys vacuum cleaner a while ago. We only just used it first time today, and it is like everyone says – it leaks and the floor is so wet. We thought it was something we were or were not doing correctly, but after scrutinising it and re-assembling, it still leaked a lot. Then looked at the reviews for the product and found everyone was having the same problem. Seems like just a case of ‘wear it’ as it was free. We will persevere for a while and dry after.

Paid $45.00 at Woolworths and it\’s that cheap for a reason. Once plugged in it won\’t turn off, and has leaked water from the second use. Intend on using until we move house and then it\’s going in the bin. Would not recommend and would not buy again.

I too was firstly very disappointed with this after having my Danoz H20 for 10 years which finally gave up, had the same problem, way too wet! I then inserted my old Danoz floor pad into the Onix one and secured it on and hey presto, great steam not too wet just right. They need only to replace the flimsy pad they supply, and for the price when it breaks I’ll buy another as the others are too expensive now and have too many accessory gadgets that I never used.

Really disappointed with this product.

Don’t buy one ! They saturate the floor and water leaks all over the place. Its a hopeless product.

Disappointed, didn\’t work. Water went everywhere. Hardly any steam and floor was left soaking wet, I had to dry it with a towel. Will be returning it tomorrow
