I can’t go past the Queen brand for essences and food colours. Always excellent quality at a very affordable price and this essence last such a long time. Excellent for adding a rich colour to my casseroles and stews.

I have a good range of essences in my pantry for cooking which includes Queen Essences. The essences are terrific and add flavour to so many recipes.

I loved this to give a deeper colour to meat dishes and gravy to make them look more appealing and you only need a few drops

Use this for my gravy when I need to. Prefer this to other browning essences in that it is not as salty. Also used to give a bit of colour to cakes when do not want that pale look.
