    I have used this shredded coconut in baking both bakery type treats such as muffins, and in raw treats, especially in raw balls and rolling raw balls in. The texture is nice, and coconut flavour is really authentic as well. I always have stock in my cupboard! I’d like to try sprinkled on cereal as well or porridge as I think that would be really tasty!

    The only time that I really use coconut is included in recipes like anzac biscuits. This coconut seems to be one of the “softest” around which means that it mixes well and tastes great.
