One of the best brands out there for flour. This is a must buy for your pantry. Makes delicious cakes and treats. Pure quality and very good.

Fantastic flour, a little expensive which turned me off trying for ages but I found it On sale and it made beautiful cookies and pancakes. ???? yum. But not sure you need a specific flour for this.
