Was not sure how this would turn out and wondered if it would be a product i use for one recipe and then forget about it, however I loved the results and have since used it for a number of things especially baking, pancakes etc.
My son was recently diagnosed as gluten intolerant so I’m new to the gluten free items. This is a good wheat flour replacement, I think there is a noticeable difference, but it’s not huge and one I’m sure you would get used to with time
Quinoa Flour is gluten free so I was very keen to trial it as a friend of mine has Coelic Disease and is unable to have food containing wheat, rye, barley or oats. It has a nutty flavour (others may not agree with me). It is ideal for use in savoury dishes.
