Mollini Pizzuti Plain Flour Farina Tipo 00 I have used countless times, whether making pasta, stromboli, focaccia or bread delicacies this product is a clear winner. Never disappoints.
This brand of bread flour works really well for making all types of bread, including pizza bases and bread rolls. I used it a lot during lockdown to make pizza scrolls for my son.
This is a really great quality flour for bread and pizza making. I think it has a stronger gluten content. Works perfectly every time but it is alot more expensive.
I love this flour for cooking projects like pizza dough, pasta & specialty breads. It’s got a great superfine texture & creates light airy baked goods.
This is a good quality Italian Farina (flour), I’ve used it only for homemade pizzas. The Pizzas came out perfect, the dough was delicious and had a nice crust.
