The original product had pieces of orange rind and other bits and pieces in it like orange marmalade is supposed to have. This new version seems just like orange juice that has been jellied. This was a premium product with a higher price to reflect this. Now I’m better off buying the dirty cheap Coles marmalade for less than half the price which much more closely resembles what it should be like. Shame on you IXL, your sales will suffer for this I’m sure.

I used to love this marmalade and it was the only one I’ve bought for years. The new 50% less sugar recipe is disgusting and it’s not the fact that they’ve cut down the sugar but the texture is awful. I’ve thrown this jar out and I’ll be looking for a new marmalade.

Dreadful when I compare it to the UK Roses product which I have bought for years but decided to try the local product.Little taste and no rind which gives its rivals a “tang”. Will not buy again.

The appearance is mushy compared to the previous breakfast marmalade. It may have 50% less sugar and be healthier but who would want to eat it? Not me.

We all love a good marmalade and this one doesn’t fail. A well known brand, a beautiful thick, amazing texture and delicious taste, marmalade. Great on some toast for the start of the day, or a slice of bread. Enjoy it.

Toast, butter and IXL Marmalade…..a breakfast treat which is so delicious.
This marmalade isn’t too bitter but just enough to give the true taste of Marmalade. Nice on Scones with cream for something a bit different……and it’s Australian made too.

Okay so my kids love this spread and go crazy over it with some butter on toast but i really, really dislike it. I will keep buying it for my kids but it definetly is not for me. My mother loves it to so maybe it is just me so i will be sticking to my plum jam.

I love the flavour of this marmalade, it is not too sweet but full of flavour. It spreads well and love it on warm toast, especially in winter. My daughter has also taking a liking to it also so the jar now depletes quicker!

i am not a big marmalade fan but my hubby likes to try so many different types of marmalade. he likes the taste but not a big fan.

I absolutley love having marmalade and this breakfast marmalade it’s just really good on your morning toast and for putting in between layers of a sponge cake

If I come home with a different flavor or brand forget it, this is my husband’s only breakfast spread. Unlike me he likes having lots of chunks in his spread.

I love homemade marmalade and store bought marmalade has to taste good too. IXL Breakfast Marmalade is good and gets the thumbs up from me.
