I love making custard using the powder. I can control how much sugar I would need and also the thickness or if needing to make it more runny. Perfect to pair with for chocolate self saucing pudding or apple crumble.

Foster Clark custard powder has been around since l was young and still going strong,a delicious custard we use for so many occasions for a lovely dessert.

I just ran out of this and repurchased it two days ago. I have been buying this custard powder for years now. It never fails. I make it in the microwave and whisk it between 40 second bursts. Great flavour and being home made you can adjust your sugar. I use one tablespoon. Top product.

Been using this product for a long time. To make the flavour a little more subtle I do a 50/50 mix of this with cornflour. My mum did it this way and it is the taste I prefer. Also the colour of the custard is a lighter yellow when used with cornflour which I much prefer.
