I love to bake so I have tried quite a few caster sugars and have to admit this is my favorite. It has a gentle hint of caramel that tastes amazing in a buttercream frosting!

This is fantastic quality caster sugar for all my baking. The texture is fine and works well in all my recipes. I have tried other caster sugars but this one is my favourite.

I used to grind my own caster sugar out of raw sugar with my mixer but this seemed a lot easier. It makes really smooth icing!
