Daughter thought that it tasted disgusting and would not drink it. I thought the taste was ok but for the price i’d rather just buy an organic elderberry product from a health food shop. Was a waste of money for us.

A must have for the first aid cabinet. This syrup tastes really nice and does the job, really helps boost immunity and stops the severity of a cold.

I think this tastes quite nice so it goes down well when I am a bit under the weather. My boy hated it though- did not like the sweet blackcurrant taste at all. Great levels of zinc.

After having a sore throat for 3 weeks I went to the dr who said ‘it’s a virus’. Sick of being so sore I discovered this. I tried it and one day later was better. Not sure if it was coincidence or not!

Our family uses this all the time. Although some of us don’t really like the strong flavour, we all agree that it works. Being allergic to Penicillin and having tonsillitis, is a nightmare. I use Sambucol as soon as I start getting the sore throats feeling. When any of us are feeling like we are coming down with something, we take this right away. I feel that it really helps reduce the severity of our colds!
