I like to take these every morning so I get my daily dosage of fish oil. With a big container, this will take a while to consume

a very much well trusted brand that you know is safe and high quality. Easy to take, no fish taste or wierd after taste. Very pleased with this supplement

I have found getting up in the morning gets harder and harder and I recently started taking Nature’s Own fish capsules to see If I would feel better. It seems to be working because my muscles and joints feel better (although I’m not sure it’s not because of the warmer weather). I’m sure it would have some effect though.

Been using these capsules for some time now. Very easy to use as it’s not a tablet but a smooth gel capsules. It is a bit big though. But worth it.
